1129 Spirits & Eatery was born from love, loss, and legacy. The name 1129 honors the birthdate of our family member, Jordan Munoz — a son, a brother, a CSU-Pueblo wrestler, and a young man whose strength and spirit continue to inspire us every day.

Though Jordan left this world far too soon, his heartbeat is the one that drives ours. He lived with grit, passion, and an unshakable belief in family and community.
